• Standard shipping: You will receive your order in 3 to 10 business days. There is a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $69. Orders above the said threshold will ship for free. Please note that there are some exclusions to free shipping.

Returns work in a straightforward way. You have 30 days to return your purchase either by mail or at any physical store. For returns to be eligible, the following requirements must be met.

• Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. If you do not have a copy of your original invoice, which was included in your package, you cannot make a return in-store. You must initiate an online return here and ship it back to our warehouse.
• The product(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them.
• Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all merchandise tickets attached.
• All merchandise in the “SALE / LIQUIDATION” section is FINAL SALE.
• All gift cards, bodysuits, panties, shapewear, and earrings are FINAL SALE.
